Is there a free trial?
There is no trial. You can browse every technology free, and unlock the PICO forecaster with any email address, before you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid month. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. Consumers in the EU and UK agree at checkout to immediate access to the service.
Who qualifies for the academic and student plan?
Students, doctoral researchers and academic staff at a university or public research institute, subscribing with their institutional email address for non-commercial research or teaching. We may ask for confirmation, and eligibility is checked again each year.
Do prices include VAT?
EUR and GBP prices include VAT for consumers. USD prices exclude sales tax. Business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT where reverse charge applies. Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record.
How do on-request services work?
Tell us about your product, timelines and markets. We agree the scope with you and send a fixed quote before any work starts. Subscribers receive priority scheduling and subscriber rates.
Can my company pay by invoice?
Yes, on yearly Team, Corporate and Enterprise plans. Contact us for an invoice or a purchase order.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with Google, Microsoft, Apple or your work email. With a work email, we send you a one-time sign-in link. There is no password to remember. Use the same account or email address you subscribed with.
How do I use Pro on another device?
Sign in on that device in the same way. Each named user can stay signed in on two devices; signing in on a third device signs out the one used longest ago.
How do colleagues on a Team or Corporate plan sign in?
Send us the work email addresses of your named users. Each person then signs in with their own Google or Microsoft account, or with an email link, and you can change named users at any time.
