Inside the HTA process

Led by a former NICE HTA Technical Lead and Analyst, who knows how committees read a submission.

Across HTA systems

NICE, SMC, AWMSG, NCPE, CDA‑AMC and the EU JCA, plus US pricing work.

Senior-led

The person who scopes your project builds the model and joins the meeting.

In health since 2015

More than a decade across clinical practice, public health, agencies and HTA.

Our story

Integrated expertise across HEOR, HTA, policy and global health.

Winning reimbursement, or funding for a public health programme, takes economics, evidence, policy and communication working together. Evidaxia brings them under one roof: the clinician's view of the patient, the assessor's view of the evidence and the programme manager's view of what works on the ground. Founded in 2025 and based in Europe, Evidaxia builds on consultancy work since 2015. We support companies across the UK, Ireland, the rest of Europe and North America.

Our founder worked inside NICE as an HTA Technical Lead and Analyst. We answer the committee's questions in your submission before anyone has to ask.

02

Senior-led delivery

The person who scopes your project builds the model, writes the dossier and joins the meeting. No hand-offs to junior teams.

03

Evidence and message

Economic models and evaluations, then the dossier, policy brief or campaign that moves the decision.

04

Every health system

High-income HTA systems in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada and the US, and public health programmes in low- and middle-income countries.

Testimonials

In our clients' words

HTA submission
“We needed a submission that would meet the committee's evidence standards on a tight timeline. The economic case was clear, the clinical arguments were grounded in the evidence, and clarification questions were answered quickly. The appraisal reached a positive recommendation.”
Market Access Lead, mid-size biotech company
NCPE, Ireland
“Our NCPE rapid review had a short window and several open questions on the model. Evidaxia identified the key issues quickly and delivered a clean, fully documented submission. The process went more smoothly than I expected.”
HEOR Director, global pharmaceutical company
EU JCA
“Joint clinical assessment is new territory for most teams, ours included. The PICO scoping was thoughtful, the indirect treatment comparisons and network meta-analysis were transparent, and the dossier was ready when we needed it. We went into the process with confidence.”
Global Market Access Lead, oncology company
Model adaptation
“We handed over a global model and got back a Canadian adaptation for CDA-AMC that was easy to audit and easy to explain to payers. Assumptions were documented, every change was traceable, and questions got direct answers.”
Account Director, pharmaceutical company
SLR update
“The SLR update was delivered on time, with search and screening records organised well enough to reuse for the next update. Communication was clear throughout. Exactly what we needed.”
Evidence Lead, life sciences company
Pricing strategy
“The pricing analysis helped us decide where to focus and what to expect from international reference pricing. It gave the team a clear view of the trade-offs rather than a long list of options.”
Head of Pricing and Access, biotech company
Advisory board
“Having someone in the room who understands both how HTA bodies think and the economics behind their decisions made the advisory board far more useful. The advice was practical, and it changed how we planned our evidence generation.”
VP Market Access, MedTech company
Programme evaluation
“The evaluation was rigorous and, just as importantly, readable. The findings fed directly into our donor reporting and shaped the next phase of the programme.”
Programme Manager, international development organisation
