Who we are
Evidaxia provides health economics, HTA, market access, policy and healthcare communications consulting. Contact: info@evidaxia.com.
What this website collects
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and to deliver the site.
Visitor analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store data on your device and does not identify you or follow you across other websites.
Cookies and advertising
This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
When you email us
If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to manage any resulting business relationship. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Our contact form
If you use the contact form on this website, your name, organisation, email address and message are sent to us through Web3Forms, which delivers the message to our inbox and acts as our processor. We use these details only to reply and to manage any resulting business relationship. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
JCA Pulse
If you unlock the analysis in JCA Pulse or ask to follow a technology, we collect your email address, organisation, optional role, the technology and market you were viewing, and whether you asked for Evidaxia Briefing. These details are sent to us through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our inbox and acts as our processor. We use them to give you access, to send the updates you asked for and to reply about your interest. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the tool and responding to business enquiries. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
When you unlock the analysis, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, issues an access key that your browser keeps so you are not asked again. The key holds no personal details, stays on your device and is used only to open the analysis; clearing your browser data removes it. We add you to Evidaxia Briefing only if you tick that box, as set out below. To stop updates, or to correct or delete your details, email info@evidaxia.com.
Booking a call
If you book a call through our scheduling page, Calendly processes your name, email address, chosen time and any notes you add, so that we can arrange and hold the meeting. Calendly acts as our processor, and the meeting itself runs on Google Meet. We use these details only to prepare for and follow up on the call.
Business contact data
We may contact professionals at organisations relevant to our services using publicly available business contact details. Every message includes a simple way to opt out, and we stop contacting you when you ask.
Evidaxia Briefing newsletter
If you subscribe to Evidaxia Briefing, we collect your email address and a record of your consent, so that we can send you the newsletter and the guide you asked for. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you subscribe. We then send you a welcome email with the guide.
Our newsletter is delivered by Kit (ConvertKit LLC), which acts as our processor and stores subscriber data in the United States under appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Kit records whether emails are opened and links clicked, which helps us understand which topics are useful. See the Kit privacy policy.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to info@evidaxia.com. We keep your details while you are subscribed and delete them within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe, keeping only the minimum record needed to respect your choice.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, or object to its use. Email info@evidaxia.com. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
